December 2006 – Appearance on BBC Radio London
Live show on BBC London, all about the traditions of Chanukah, this was then followed by a full cookery demonstration at Highgate United Synagogue and an evening social event.

September 2006 – Trafalgar Square
The Simcha on the Square event was held in Trafalgar Square on Sunday September 17th 2006. It was a good chance for me to offer signed copies of my recipe book, to meet many of the Jewish News readers and with Rosh Hashana around the corner, to discuss the best recipes for Honey Cakes. After a long day in the sun, it was then off to run Date On A Plate : six men and six women learning to cook a gourmet meal and then enjoy each others company.

April 2006 – ITV’s This Morning
I appeared on ITV’s This Morning programme discussing the benefits of "Jewish Penicillin", our world famous Chicken Soup. Also this month my Cookery school was also featured in The Director Magazine, the official magazine of the Institute of Directors.
