 I am Denise Phillips, and food is my passion. I just love being able to combine the tradition of our five thousand year old religion with the modern skills and styles of today. This site is for anyone else who shares that passion – whether you are an orthodox Jew seeking a new recipe for the next High Holyday or just someone interested in trying some of the amazing recipes that have evolved over hundreds of years and from the many different cultures that have influenced Jewish cooking.
